Quantitative Electroencephalogram (qEEG) Brain Map
A qEEG is the first step in neurofeedback therapy. It is a recording of brain wave frequencies that creates a brain map. This report allows us to see the patterns of brain activity associated with specific symptoms and behaviors. It determines the following protocol that will best improve the brain’s behavior.
Low Energy Neurofeedback System (LENS)/EEG Biofeedback
LENS has been used for brain optimization for over 30 years. It is unique and effective. More than 85% of people who have received LENS neurotherapy have benefited significantly.
Results are experienced quickly, even within the first session, and are long-lasting. It is based on electrical brain activity and promotes self-regulation without audio or visual feedback. Self-regulation enables the nervous system to function more effectively and is key to optimizing brain performance.
Neurofeedback therapy with LENS is a gentle approach—the client generally does not feel anything. It is brief, lasting only a few minutes.
LENS is ideal for treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, headaches, emotional regulation, autism, and seizures. This treatment may be used alone or in combination with other therapies. It has been helpful for young children and older adults.
Traditional Neurofeedback Therapy
Traditional neurofeedback therapy has been utilized for several decades. It is a type of biofeedback in which the brain observes its brain wave activity from moment to moment and retrains itself through audio and visual operant conditioning. It teaches the brain to improve function by rewarding it for producing the desirable brain activity. It is a safe and noninvasive option for improving disorders like ADHD, anxiety, depression, epilepsy, insomnia, learning disabilities, and more.
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy, also known as talk therapy, corresponds well with neurofeedback therapy treatments. It helps process emotions and make desired changes.
Bioregulation Therapy (Body Biofeedback)
The LENYO CellCom is a professional-level, BRT device that uses advanced biofeedback and pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) technology to detect and analyze the body’s own internally generated (endogenous) information.
It then utilizes that information – along with frequency, low intensity, and precise signal modulation – to help optimize the body’s own biological communications, which, in turn, support natural self-regulation, adaptation, and healing.
Designed with state-of-the-art BRT technology, the CellCom offers the industry’s broadest applied frequency range (1 Hz to 1 MHz), as well as unparalleled signal modulation with alternations every 1/100th of a second.
With more than 550 automated BRT programs (and subprograms) that can be combined to create synergistic protocols and customized therapy, the CellCom can address a wide range of simple and complex health concerns, restore the body’s natural balance, and maintain overall wellness.
Interactive Metronome (IM)
IM is a computer-based program that can help people of all ages with a wide range of cognitive and physical difficulties improve their timing, attention, coordination, and regulation. IM training can benefit people looking to overcome an impairment or improve their performance overall.
It works by having the client synchronize a range of whole-body exercises to a precise computer-generated beat, providing visual and auditory feedback to improve timing, rhythm, and synchronization. Brain clinical research and therapeutic practice have shown that IM is beneficial for the rehabilitation of adults following a stroke, brain injury, a diagnosis of Parkinson’s Disease, or other neurological disorders.
Backed by prominent leaders in the medical industry, IM has gained national attention as a breakthrough intervention to help clients improve attention and concentration, motor control and coordination, language processing, and impulse control.
Infrared Sauna
An infrared sauna uses infrared heaters to emit infrared light, which is absorbed by the skin’s surface as radiant heat. Unlike traditional saunas, which use heated air or steam to warm the body, infrared saunas use this radiant heat to directly warm the body, often at lower temperatures than traditional saunas. Benefits include detoxification, improved circulation, pain relief, relaxation, stress reduction, skin health, enhanced immune function, and improved sleep.
